First time at Promiseland?
Your child’s safety is of the utmost concern to us. That’s why we take such great care making sure our children are safe and secure. With this in mind, please follow these five easy check-in procedures:
1. CHECK-IN AT PROMISELAND
You will be welcomed by our Welcome Team members.
2. GET YOUR CHILD’S NAMETAG
You will receive a sticker displaying your child’s name that needs to be placed on your child’s clothing where it can be seen. Access to the children’s chapel will not be granted without a nametag.
3. GET YOUR CHECK-IN VERIFICATION
In addition to your child’s nametag, for all children 6 months-3rd grade, you will be given a printed verification for child pick-up. The verification has a randomized alphanumeric code. This code will also appear on your child’s nametag. Please do not wear the verification sticker, but keep it in a safe place so that you may present it when picking up your child.
4. WALK TO CHILDREN’S CHAPEL
On your first visit, a Welcome Team member will walk you and your child to his/her chapel. If there is a different pick-up location, the team member will also inform you of that location.
